One of his favorite quotes, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast,” from management consultant Peter Drucker, reflects his belief that a strong and empowering culture is key to organizational success. While strategy is important, Marc emphasizes that building a positive culture is a more reliable path to achieving goals. His management style is clear and direct – he sets the vision and then empowers his team to execute.

With over 30 years of IT experience, Marc has a proven track record of implementing IT solutions, leading high-performance teams, and adopting emerging technologies. His previous roles with leading brands like J.Crew, Duane Reade, Footstar, Macy’s, and Estée Lauder have equipped him with deep expertise in driving successful transformations in the retail and technology sectors.
